Include Name, Mailing Address and Contact Phone Number, along with your Style, Color and Size, (in that order), for each individual fleece you would like.
Also, please be sure to specify "pick up" or "ship" for your entire order.  Pick-up orders will .be at the next scheduled VAD Meeting (4th Wed. of month).  Include $8.00 per fleece for shipped orders.

1/4 Zip Fleece:  Black or Navy;  Small, Medium, Large or Extra-Large;   $30.00/2X & 3X - $33.00
Full Zip Fleece:  Black or Navy;  Small, Medium. Large or Extra-Large;  $32.00/2X & 3X - $35.00
Once your order is received, you will receive a confirmation email with your total amount due.

Send your payment (payable to VAD 28446 South River Road., Harrison Twp., Michigan 48045.  Orders will be placed once payment is received.

NOTE:  We will only be offering fleeces for sale until February 15th, 2012, so be sure and place your order as soon as possible.

Just a reminder...in order to run for the board, you must have attended a minimum of 2 meetings and in order to vote, you must have attended a minimum of 1 meeting, since last October, 2010. Annual meetings and camp meetings do not count towards you number although we love having you there.
