NOTE: Meetings will now start at 7:00 PM.
VAD Board meetings are held at Beaumont, Royal Oak in the Administration building the 4th Wednesday of each month, with the exception of April, November & December, which there will not be a board meeting held. Meetings are held on the first floor in the private dining room.
The chains will be dropped so that we can park in the lot on the west side of the building, but we need to enter at the main (canopy) entrance. If you have any questions, please feel free to email Shawn Hass.
VAD's Annual Meeting is scheduled for September 28, 2011 @ 7:00pm at Beaumont. If you are not currently a member of VAD and would like to join, this is your opportunity. Also, just a reminder...in order to run for the board, you must have attended a minimum of 2 meetings and in order to vote, you must have attended a minimum of 1 meeting, since last October, 2010. Annual meetings and camp meetings do not count towards you number although we love having you there.
